There's something horrifying, liberating, euphoric, and even spiritual about throwing yourself headlong into what might be a disaster, and being caught by the generosity of your fellow artists, new acquaintances, and an audience who just keeps giving! This is theatre boiled down to concentrate, and it's intoxicating. I've never been so scared, nor had so much fun onstage!
