I knew there was really some midsummer magic in the air when it turned out that Bottom, my beloved Pyramus, was sitting right next to me in the audience. It was such a joy to watch each character enter and dive into the relationships we had been building separately. Thank you to the designers and musicians for creating a beautiful, inspiring atmosphere. It was an honor to be part of such a playful and trusting process! I look forward to crossing paths again with all of the Athenians, fairies, and witty craftspeople I got to meet through this experience.
