Elizabeth Young

Elizabeth has been involved with Anonymous Theatre for over 15 years after first appearing in Moliere's The Learned Ladies in 2006. She has since performed in two other Anonymous productions (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum - 2007 and You Can't Take it With You - 2011), co-directed Rumors (2008) and A Midsummer Night's Dream (2018), choreographed Urinetown (2017), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (2019), Clue (2022), Fezziwig’s Fortune (2022), and The Pirates of Penzance (2023), coached dialect for The Real Inspector Hound (2016) and Fezziwig’s Fortune (2022), directed Macbeth (2009), and has helped out with sound, program design, and a variety of other tasks for other productions. Liz is a Drammy and Clark County Theatre Arts Award winning actor and a former company member of Stark Raving Theatre and Northwest Classical Theatre Company. She is currently the Enterprise Applications Administrator/Developer at Lewis & Clark College and a mom of an adorable child, who is now old enough to resent being termed adorable. She is happy to be officially part of the Anonymous family, and to be able to continue to bring the most exciting theatrical night in Portland to the stage!
